YOU ARE RAISED UP IN GODS POWER, SO THAT HIS NAME WILL BE DECLARED THROUGHOUT THE WORLD: USE THIS POWER NOW.

LWFM EXHORTATION FOR THE MONTH OF GODS POWER & GLORY FOR: THURSDAY 5/1/2014 IS: EXODUS 9:15-17. Friends, our exhortation for today are focused on “AND IN VERY DEED FOR THIS CAUSE HAVE I RAISED THEE UP, FOR TO SHEW IN THEE MY POWER; AND THAT MY NAME MAY BE DECLARED THROUGHOUT ALL THE EARTH”. In our exhortation last month, we took time to exhort you on how God is only originally good, good of Himself. Creatures may be good, but their goodness is derived and granted to them by God, without whom there can be no goodness, since He is the fountainhead and source of all goodness. God depends on no one else for His goodness; he has goodness in and of Himself. He partakes of none, but all things partake of Him. He is so good, that He gives all, and receives nothing; only good, because nothing is good but by Him: nothing hath a goodness but from Him. This Month of May, we will be taking you on a journey about the power and glory of God, and I believe you know what it means to put the two together, it means manifestations of the supreme and sovereign power of God. What is power and glory? Power is well defined in Acts 1:8 “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth”. What is this word teaching us here? It means that power is for service and assignment; it is not to horde but to use to do the will of the giver on earth and in heaven. What of glory? Glory is defined in Hebrews 1:3 “ Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:” Are you feeling what I am feeling with this word? If yes, you are in the spirit but if not, you are in for impartation of the power and glory of God this month that will change your life to radiate like a shooting star. Jesus is the source of our glory and the Holy Spirit is the source of our power. I hereby encourage you to get the power and glory this month to be fulfilled. Amen.
