MLSFLPW stands for universal equity of educational opportunity to all without discrimination MLSFLPW shall assist the less privileged to develop their intellect, abilities in various fields of human endeavor through functional and qualitative education to be self-reliant and promoting their integration into normal life in the society.The foundation will seek to abrogate all institutional, administrative and statutory impediments that discriminate against the less privileged, the deformed and the disadvantage in the enjoyment of their universal Rights to Education and Health. The beneficiaries shall include all those who are denied opportunity of basic education

First and foremost; Are you friendlier markets for churches/Rehabilitations Home Center building projects for "Physically Challenged Persons"? Are you interested in financing a 501(c)(3)Public Chari...ty projects?, Do you know community banks that are interested to finance Church Ministries/Public Foundation Projects or specific Christian Loan Funds, and bond finance companies that can partner with Living Water Foundation Ministries for these projects. If you think that your church’s congregation members would purchase a best efforts bond money to our church, is a “best efforts” bond. A best efforts bond company will sell bonds to church members and the outside investing public to finance this project. The advantage of this approach is that a portion of the interest earned on our offering goes directly to the church members congregation who purchased the bonds. This can be done by direct investments and also through retirement funds in a self-directed IRA.
